Digital control panels provide protection for electric pumps and submersible pumps, and control the level in artesian wells or boreholes. Level probes are not required.
The digital relay allows the protection of three-phase electric pumps with consumptions up to 12A.
Allows the connection of a pressure switch to control the pressure.
Equipped with mechanisms.
Construction
Plastic box 250x200x140 mm in gray ABS RAL 7035, with hinge and transparent polycarbonate cover.
– Contactor of the selected brand.
– Digital electronic relay for control and protection of electric pumps
– Automatic (AUT), manual (I) or Off (0), controlled by a 3-position switch with protective capsule. – Connection for remote safety control (C11-C12) (float switch, pressure switch or others). – Connection for remote start/stop control (P11-P12) (pressure switch, float switch or others). – Short-circuit protection via circuit breaker. – Indication of panel in automatic operation (yellow indicator). – Indication of motor running (green indicator). – 4 bushings for passage of connection cables. Operation
align="left">
The panel should display all indicators off until the control circuit switch is turned to the automatic (AUT) position, at which point the yellow indicator light comes on.
If the start/stop command (P11-P12) closes, the pump starts (green indicator light and LEDs “PWR”, “COM” and “OUT” of the PRObomba relay), switching off if the start/stop command reopens.
If during operation the PRObomba relay detects a consumption higher than the maximum parameter or lower than the minimum for more than 4 seconds, the pump switches off and the cause of the fault is indicated on the relay display as “EIH” – overcurrent error or “EIL” – undercurrent error. If the detected anomaly is due to undercurrent, automatic reset will be attempted 3 times at 5-minute intervals (factory preset value but user-changeable), with the last reset attempt occurring after 99 minutes, after which the relay will permanently switch off. If the detected anomaly is due to overcurrent, the pump will switch off and the relay will not attempt any reset. Manual reset can be performed using the reset key “RST” on the Probomba Relay or via the control circuit switch, simply by switching it off and on again. Whenever during operation the supply voltage is found to be higher than the maximum parameter or lower than the minimum (factory preset values) for more than 4 seconds, the PRObomba Relay display indicates every 4 seconds (“EUH” – overvoltage error or “EUL” – undervoltage error). Opening the safety command (C11-C12) switches off the pump, regardless of the start/stop command indications. If the safety control is not to be used, it should be closed via a "shunt".
With the control circuit switch in the manual position, the pump starts regardless of the state of the start/stop control.
