It is a professional machine developed for the efficient shredding of branches, shrubs, hedges and other plant-based waste. Equipped with a powerful 21 HP Honda GX630 gasoline engine, this model is an excellent solution for maintenance work in green spaces, gardens, agricultural properties, municipalities and service companies.
The shredding system uses a rotor equipped with 4 hardened steel blades and 16 reversible mobile hammers, thus allowing it to effectively work with different types of material. With a shredding opening of 286 x 90 mm and a recommended material diameter of up to 90 mm, this Bio-shredder can achieve an approximate productivity of 7 to 10 m³/h!
To facilitate feeding the machine, the Bio-shredder is equipped with a hydraulic feeder roller, whose speed can be adjusted according to the material to be shredded. The roller also has a reverse gear, which allows for easy removal of material whenever necessary. In addition, the NOSTRESS system automatically monitors the rotor's operation and adjusts the feed speed, which helps prevent blockages and overloads.
The discharge of the shredded material is carried out through a swivel chimney up to 270°, equipped with an adjustable deflector.
The discharge height is approximately 190cm, which facilitates filling trailers, containers or other means of collection.
