Hecht 2030 Smart Battery Charger

The Hecht 2030 Smart Battery Charger is a fully automatic charger for lead-acid (Pb), gel, and AGM batteries, with a voltage of 6 or 12 V and a capacity of 2 to 30 Ah, that is, compatible with most batteries used in cars and motorcycles, for example.

The device detects the battery type and automatically selects the correct voltage and the most suitable charging mode. Whether you want to charge a 6 V motorcycle battery or a 12 V car battery, simply connect the battery terminals, ensuring only the correct polarity.

When the battery reaches full charge,the charger automatically switches to the so-called maintenance mode, in which it monitors the battery status and keeps it always charged. Charging progress and battery status are indicated by indicator lights.

The charger can also detect some faults, such as short circuits, low or high voltage, among others. The charging process takes place in 5 stages. The charger comes equipped with cables (with lengths starting from 1.5 m) and has short-circuit and reverse polarity protection.

It operates connected to a 230 V/50 Hz mains supply. If you wish to use it in a fixed position, the charger also has holes that allow it to be installed on the wall, freeing up counter space.
