1. Promoting Entity

Bernardino Caetano & Costa, Limitada, tax ID 500044856, Rua Zona Industrial de Mundão 17, 3505-459 Viseu, will hold a contest through its social media pages, Facebook and Instagram.

The contest will comply with the following conditions:

This contest is an action promoted by Bernardino Caetano & Costa, Limitada and is a nationwide action. This contest is intended for all individuals over 18 years of age, residing in mainland Portugal, registered on the social networks Facebook and Instagram.

3. Contest Duration

The contest will run from October 19, 2026 to October 30, 2026, on the company's Facebook and Instagram pages, as the promoter of the contest.

4. How to Participate

To be considered valid for participation in the contest, the user must:

• Follow the account on social media, Facebook or Instagram.
• Like the contest post.
• Comment on the post, tagging a friend, either on Instagram or Facebook.
(You can participate as many times as you like, as long as you don't tag friends repeatedly in already tagged comments.)

WHILE NOT MANDATORY, we would appreciate your willingness to share the contest on personal profiles or stories.

5. Prize(s)

The prize to be awarded to the winner will be a Husqvarna Kit which includes:

• 1 Husqvarna brand cap
• 1 Husqvarna brand vest
• 1 Husqvarna brand bottle
• 1 Husqvarna brand bag
Only 1 winner will be awarded.

As this is a personal and non-transferable prize, it cannot be exchanged for money, replaced, or given to another person.

6. Selection of the Winner(s)

The winner will be chosen through a random selection process, ensuring maximum transparency in this selection.

Only responses submitted via reply to the original post on the company's Facebook or Instagram page and that meet all parameters mentioned in point 4 will be considered valid.

7. Announcement of Results

The winner's result will be announced on 02/11/2026 during the day, through a post on social media, with the winner's name duly identified and subsequently contacted by message via Facebook or Instagram.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered via courier or delivered to one of the physical stores: Viseu, Algarve or Santarém, after the result is announced and communicated through social media.

By participating in the contest, participants authorize the processing and use of their personal data by Bernardino Caetano & Costa, Limitada for processing purposes. Bernardino Caetano & Costa, Limitada, will eliminate and report to Facebook and Instagram all participants who engage in illegal acts, namely:

• Messages that incite racism, xenophobia, or any other type of discrimination or prejudice of any kind.
• Offensive, violent, or sexually explicit messages.
• Creation of routines or subroutines, by computer means, that may distort the true nature of the contest.
• Defamation, insults, threats and/or abuse of the name and/or image of the page's users and/or the notoriety and prestige of the brand and/or other industrial property rights.
• Use of the page for political, religious, or commercial purposes.
• Publication of repeated and non-conforming messages constructive.

12. Final Considerations

Bernardino Caetano & Costa, Limitada reserves the right to terminate, alter, shorten, delay or extend this contest at any time, in the event of any illegal or fraudulent activity, or any external event beyond the organization's control that affects its proper functioning.

• Participation in the contest implies acceptance by participants of the terms and conditions set forth in these rules.
• Bernardino Caetano & Costa, Limitada reserves the right to definitively and irrevocably eliminate any participant who is in any way violating these rules.
• Entries will be entered into a computer file under the responsibility of Bernardino Caetano & Costa, Limitada and are intended for the processing of this contest, and may be used in future brand communications.
