The Kison 200 stainless steel submersible pump is ideal for pumping clean, non-aggressive water, and is suitable for filling tanks, fountains, rainwater harvesting, pressure pumps, and water distribution and irrigation.

With a forced cooling system, it can operate in open or partially submerged wells, and is recommended for wells with a minimum diameter of 130 mm. The robust design ensures high durability and performance.

It is recommended to install a check valve near the pump to prevent water hammer and to suspend the pump in the well to avoid sludge aspiration; never use the electrical cable for this purpose.

The Kison 200 stainless steel submersible pump includes a float switch, electrical panel with integrated capacitor and a 20-meter submersible cable.

Engine

The Kison 200 electric pump is equipped with a 230V - 50Hz single-phase electric motor, of the 2-pole asynchronous type with encapsulated stator, which guarantees high efficiency and reliability. The IP68 protection rating ensures total protection of the motor against the ingress of water and dust, while the class B insulation guarantees adequate thermal resistance to operating conditions. The built-in thermal protection automatically interrupts operation in case of overheating.

Construction

The Kison 200 submersible electric pump was built with high-quality materials to ensure durability, corrosion resistance, and reliability. The outer structure, motor housing, suction grille, and shaft are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, guaranteeing effective protection against oxidation. The impellers and diffusers in PPO, a lightweight and resistant thermoplastic, provide high hydraulic efficiency, while the cast iron bushing supports offer the necessary robustness and stability.

The submersible electric pump also features a double mechanical seal made of ceramic and graphite, which ensures total motor protection.

The external capacitor facilitates maintenance operations; the Kison submersible electric pump is supplied with a 20 m submersible cable H07RN-F.

Operating Conditions

The Kison 200 submersible electric pump was designed for pumping clean, non-aggressive water. It withstands temperatures up to 35ºC and has a maximum immersion depth of 20 m. The ability to start 20 times per hour ensures stable and continuous operation. It withstands up to 40 g/m³ of sand and suspended particles with a maximum diameter of 2 mm, to guarantee reliable and long-lasting operation even in demanding conditions, both in domestic and agricultural uses.
