Filming Period

Using the new machine without performing the break-in period will deteriorate acceleration performance and may reduce the machine's lifespan.

During the first 100 hours of use of the new machine (as indicated by the timer), follow the instructions below:

  • Properly warm up the engine and hydraulic oil.
  • Avoid heavy load operations or sudden movements. Keep the load at approximately 80% of maximum capacity during operation. Do not start, accelerate, steer, or stop abruptly unless absolutely necessary.
Maintenance Precautions

Maintenance Precautions

    • Use of appropriate tools - Do not use damaged or deteriorated tools, nor tools manufactured for another purpose.
    • Critical safety parts to be replaced periodically - Replace fuel hoses periodically.
    • Explosion-proof lamps - When checking fuel, lubricating oil, coolant and battery electrolyte, use explosion-proof lamps to prevent fires and explosions.
    • Preparation of the work area - Choose a stable and level work area. Ensure adequate lighting conditions. For indoor operations, ensure good ventilation. Remove obstacles and hazardous materials. Clear slippery areas!
    • Maintaining the machine always clean - Clean the machine before maintenance. Turn off the engine before cleaning the machine. Protect electrical parts from water ingress, as infiltration may cause short circuits or malfunctions. Do not clean the battery, electronic control units, sensors, or connectors with water or steam.
    • Turn off the engine before maintenance - While the machine is running, or even stopped with the engine running, avoid lubricating or making additional adjustments.
Maintenance Precautions

Maintenance Precautions

  • Keep away from moving parts - Keep away from all rotating and moving parts. Entanglement of hands or tools in rotating or moving parts may cause accidents with serious injuries. Tools or other objects that fall into or become inserted into the fan or fan belt will be crushed or cut. Never throw or insert any object into the fan or fan belt!
