Jansen Tractor Shredder

The minimum tractor engine power should be 30HP.
It can be used on larger tractors, with more than 100 HP of power, increasing production efficiency.

The power take-off should have a speed of 540 rpm.

The Jansen Tractor Shredder was built to be used with a tractor's 3-point hitch and includes a reinforced PTO shaft.

The feed opening has a 51 x 51 cm opening at the top (10.2 x 15.4 cm at the bottom), making access easy, convenient, and safe. Shred logs, branches, twigs, straw, and other materials according to your needs, up to 10 cm in diameter. Greener and softer woods can be shredded to a larger diameter, up to 15 cm. To facilitate transport and for better safety, the feed opening can be turned upwards. The Tractor Shredder was built for easy maintenance. Simply unscrew one screw to open the cutting system cover and access the 4 blades. The cutting blades are made of steel, ensuring strong shredding capacity, and are double-sided so they can be flipped if necessary.

The discharge opening has a height of 152cm and a 360º rotation system, combined with the possibility of adjusting the discharge angle, thus reducing the effort in managing the shredding result. You can easily adjust the discharge opening to direct the shavings to your trailer, dumper or even transport bags.
