Jansen 102RS Wood Chipper for Tractor with a powerful hydraulic system for powerful suction on tractors with at least 70HP. Robust and with high shredding capacity, ideal for helping clean your land by shredding logs and branches of fresh wood up to 20cm in diameter.

The powerful hydraulic system provides the necessary force to the 2 shredding rollers that make up the cutting unit of the Jansen 102RS Wood Chipper. The shredding rollers weigh 120kg and have mounted blades. Thanks to the powerful suction, blocking the shredding unit is virtually impossible.

The Jansen 102RS Wood Chipper has a robust, highly durable and high-performance steel finish. The structural combination of the construction materials keeps the Biotr robust and balanced for the most demanding shredding jobs.

The shavings resulting from shredding can serve as fertilizer or livestock feed. Compared to burning, the environmental impact on ecosystems is considerably lower.

Can I use the Jansen 102RS shredder on my tractor?

So versatile that it can be used in any space, the Biotremover is ready to work the moment it is connected to the tractor's power take-off.

The tractor must have at least 70 HP of power to allow for the correct use of the Biotremover. It can be used on larger tractors without any limitation.
The PTO shaft is included in the delivery.

Feeding and Exhaust Mouth

The feed chute has a 114 x 75cm opening at the top (39 x 26cm at the bottom), making access easy, convenient, and safe. To facilitate transport and improve safety, the feed chute of the Jansen 102RS Tractor Shredder can be turned upwards.

The Jansen 102RS Shredder can expel wood chips up to 10 meters! The discharge chute has a height of 265cm and a 360º rotation system. Adjust the discharge angle and direct the chips to your trailer, dumper, or even transport bags.

Crushing Unit

The JX-102RS Bio-shredder was built for easy maintenance. Simply unscrew one screw to open the cutting system cover and access the 4 blades. The cutting blades are made of steel, ensuring strong shredding capacity, and are double-sided so they can be flipped if necessary.
