RULES OF THE “Enter to Win a Stanley Set” CONTEST
1. Promoting Entity
Bernardino Caetano & Costa, Limitada, tax ID 500044856, Zona Industrial de Mundão, Lote Nº17 3505-459 Viseu, will hold a contest at its Viseu store.
The contest will be subject to the following conditions:
2. Territorial Scope and Target Audience
This contest is an action promoted by Bernardino Caetano & Costa, Limitada and will take place on July 24, 2026, during the Dewalt & Stanley Event. This contest is open to all individuals over 18 years of age, residing in mainland Portugal.
3. Contest Duration
The contest will take place on July 24, 2026, at the Viseu store.
4. How to Participate
To be considered valid for participation in the contest, the person must:
● Rate the Viseu store by scanning the QR code - Google Review;
● Fill out the online participation form: Name, Contact, Email, Creative Phrase;
● Creative phrase - mandatory words to use: “That Machine” and “DeWALT”;
● Each participant can only enter once.
ALTHOUGH NOT MANDATORY, you can always follow, share and interact with the communication channels, such as social networks and website.
5. Prize(s)
The prize to be awarded to the winner will be 1 Stanley Set, for the Viseu store, which includes:
● V20 brushless percussion drill
● 2 2Ah batteries
● 2A charger
● Carrying case
The prize will be 1 Stanley Set.
As this is a personal and non-transferable prize, it cannot be exchanged for money, replaced, or given to another person. By accepting it, the winner agrees to all conditions and confirms its availability.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen through a selection process based on creativity, ensuring maximum transparency in this selection. Only responses that meet all the parameters mentioned in point 4 will be considered valid.
7. Announcement of the Result
The winner will be announced after July 24, 2026, within a maximum of 5 business days. The winner will be notified by the Bernardino Caetano & Costa, Limitada marketing team via email at marketing@bernardinos.pt and by phone at 232 424 626. All instructions for collecting the prize at the Viseu store will be given.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered at the Viseu store.
Later, a photographic record will be made to be shared on social media, if the winner allows.9. Protection of Personal Data
By participating in the contest, participants authorize the processing and use of their personal data by Bernardino Caetano & Costa, Limitada for processing purposes.
The personal data collected within the scope of this contest, guaranteeing compliance with the GDPR (name, contact and email of participants) will be processed exclusively for management, participation, and marketing campaigns such as newsletters;
The data will not be used for commercial or promotional purposes, nor shared with third parties;
The data will be kept only for the time necessary to complete the contest and will be deleted within a maximum period of 365 days after its completion;
Participants have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection to the processing of their data, by sending a request via email to cliente@bernardinos.pt.
10. Updates to the Regulations
Bernardino Caetano & Costa, Limitada may modify the terms of these regulations and any other regulations for campaigns it organizes. These changes may be made at any time and without prior notice to participants.
11. Code of Conduct
Bernardino Caetano & Costa, Limitada, will eliminate all participants who engage in illegal acts, namely:
● Phrases that incite racism, xenophobia, or any other type of discrimination or prejudice of any kind.
● Phrases of an offensive, violent, or sexual nature.
● Creation of routines or subroutines, by computer means, that may distort the true nature of the game.
12. Final Considerations
Bernardino Caetano & Costa, Limitada, reserves the right to terminate, alter, shorten, delay or extend this contest at any time, in the event of any illegal or fraudulent activity, or any external event beyond the organization's control that affects its proper functioning. In these circumstances, participants will not be entitled to any type of compensation.
● Participation in the contest implies acceptance by participants of the terms and conditions set out in these rules.
● Bernardino Caetano & Costa, Limitada, reserves the right to definitively and irrevocably eliminate any participant who is in any way violating these rules.
● The requested information is mandatory for participation. Personal data will be entered into a computer file under the responsibility of Bernardino Caetano & Costa, Limitada and is intended for the processing of this contest, and may be used in future brand communications. Bernardino Caetano & Costa, Limitada does not share this information with third parties. This data can be deleted from our database if requested by the owner, via email sent to cliente@bernardinos.pt.
