The Jansen AS-600 Pruning Saw allows for easy cutting of branches up to 200 mm thick in a matter of seconds. With smooth operation and a clean cutting pattern, this saw is ideal for agricultural activities such as hedges and shrubs, but especially for tree pruning. In addition to the boom being laterally extendable up to 1000 mm, the pruning saw also offers an inclination that allows access to hard-to-reach places.

Composed of a lateral counterweight that exerts a minimal force on the tractor's swing arm.

Included with the Pruning Saw:
2 bearing blocks, a set of 6 hydraulic hoses, 9m each, and a saw blade guard.

Jansen AS-600 1750mm Tractor Pruning Saw

Hydraulic system

The Jansen Pruning Saw is hydraulically activated and via V-belts.
It has a minimum hydraulic flow rate of 45 l/min and an oil pressure that varies between 160-210 bar.

Required hydraulic connections on the tractor:3 x double action (a pressureless return would be ideal for the hydraulic motor of the saw blades)
Depending on the work, an operating speed of approximately 2 to 13 km/h is recommended.

3 Special Hardened Saw Blades

It consists of 3 pieces of specially hardened saw blades, each with 80 teeth.
The bladeshave a thickness of 5mm, a diameter of 600mm and an effective cutting width of 1,750 mm.
The reach from the center of the front loader support to the saw blades is approximately 1.55 m.
