Jansen 72RS Wood Chipper for Tractor for tractors with 55HP. Robust, sustainable and with high chipping capacity, ideal for helping to clean your land by chipping logs and branches of fresh wood up to 16cm in diameter.

So versatile that it can be used in any space, the Wood Chipper is ready to work the moment it is connected to the tractor's power take-off.

The powerful hydraulic system provides the necessary force to the 2 shredding rollers that make up the cutting unit of the Jansen 72RS Wood Chipper for Tractor. The shredding rollers weigh 96 kg and have mounted blades. Powerful suction capacity to prevent blockage of the cutting unit.

The Jansen 72RS Scrapper has a robust, highly durable, and high-performance steel finish. The structural combination of the construction materials keeps the Scrapper robust and balanced for the most demanding shredding jobs.

The shavings resulting from shredding can be used as fertilizer or livestock feed. Compared to burning, the environmental impact on ecosystems is significantly lower.

Can I use the Jansen 72RS shredder on my tractor?

The tractor must have at least 55 HP to allow for the correct use of the Biotriturador. It can be used on larger tractors without any limitations. The PTO shaft is included in the delivery.

Feeding and Exhaust Mouth

The feed chute has a 91 x 70cm opening at the top (21 x 29cm at the bottom), making access easy, convenient, and safe. To facilitate transport and improve safety, the feed chute of the Jansen 72RS Tractor-Mounted Wood Chipper can be turned upwards. The Wood Chipper can expel wood chips up to 5 meters! The discharge chute has a height of 217cm and a 360º rotation system. Adjust the discharge angle and direct the chips to your trailer, dumper, or even transport bags.

Crushing Unit

The JX-72RS Bio-shredder was built for easy maintenance. Simply unscrew one screw to open the cutting system cover and access the 4 blades. The cutting blades are made of steel, ensuring strong shredding capacity, and are double-sided so they can be flipped if necessary.
