The equipment integrates automatic hydraulic feeding through two feeding rollers, activated by the tractor's hydraulics, eliminating manual effort and allowing the speed of advance to be adjusted according to the diameter of the branches.
The cutting system combines a 76cm diameter inertial flywheel, weighing approximately95kg, equipped with four rotating blades and a fixed counter-blade.It also includes paddles that generate strong suction, which significantly reduces the risk of clogging and ensures efficient discharge.The upper opening of the feed hopper measures approximately 63.5×63.5cm, while the lower inlet allows processing branches up to 16.5cm in diameter, although very soft woods may slightly exceed this value. The discharge tube, with a height of approximately 220cm, rotates 360° and has a reach of up to 10m, ideal for depositing the material into trailers, bags or directly onto the ground.
The structure was built in high-thickness steel (10–12mm in the support areas and 4–6mm in other components), offering great resistance to wear. Maintenance is facilitated: the steering wheel cover opens with just one screw, allowing easy access to the blades, which are reversible, extending the life of the cutting.
Shredding capacity up to 16.5 cm - Ideal for shredding branches, twigs and hardwood up to 165 mm in diameter (capacity may vary slightly depending on wood density).
