The K-100 Stainless Steel Submersible Pump is a high-quality monobloc electric pump, ideal for pumping clean and non-aggressive water. It can be used in tanks, fountains, rainwater harvesting systems, distribution networks, and irrigation. The forced cooling system allows for use in open and partially submerged wells with a minimum diameter of 130 mm. It is recommended to install a check valve to prevent water hammer and keep the pump suspended to avoid sediment aspiration. Caution: Never use the electrical cable for this purpose. The K-100 Stainless Steel Submersible Pump includes a switch with a good working position, an electrical panel with an integrated capacitor, and a 20-meter rope.

Engine

Equipped with a 2-pole asynchronous submersible motor, with an encapsulated stator, with an IP68 protection rating and class B insulation, ensuring water resistance and safe operation. The motor has built-in thermal protection, operates at 230V with 1 hp of power and an electrical consumption of 5.4A.

Construction

The K-100 Stainless Steel Submersible Pump features a robust and durable construction, with the structure, shaft, and suction grid made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the impellers and diffusers are made of PPO, while the bearing supports are constructed of cast iron.

It has a double ceramic and graphite mechanical seal for motor protection, an external capacitor, and a 20 m H07RN-F submersible cable for greater safety, corrosion resistance, and increased equipment lifespan.

Operating Conditions

The k-100 stainless steel submersible pump is ideal for pumping clean, non-aggressive water. The fluids should not exceed a temperature of 35ºC to ensure proper cooling and motor protection. The pump can be submerged up to 20 meters deep, making it suitable for open or partially submerged wells. With a capacity to make up to 20 starts per hour, it allows intermittent operation without affecting the efficiency and longevity of the pump. To avoid wear and damage, the water to be pumped should have a maximum sand content of 40 g/m³ and the suspended solids should not exceed 2 mm in diameter.

The length of these operating conditions will ensure that the K-100 stainless steel submersible pump operates efficiently, safely, and for a longer period.
